Im 16weeksp pregnant and i have headaches everyday n im getting really sikc of it. I usually never take anything for it but today its just really bothering me.. Can i take liquid capsule advil migraine?

My nuero referred me 2 a pain doctor and she prescribed me lyrica b/c I have tried alot of medication for these chronic headaches I have every single day. My neck hurts along w/the headaches and she said my muscles are very very tensed. So she gave me this medication to try and she is doing a nerve block in 2 weeks do these work as well???

Hardly.
pl see what suits you.
If you are in cold country use all warm things.
Pl try cold water bath and observe if in hot country, if pain increases use warm.
If you have cough/cold body hot water bath will help.
Massage and exercise in front of morning sun is good thing, pl try.
Pl try simple acupressure given below for immediate relief.
If it fails you will have to go for Acupuncture.
There is hardly any medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for RA, OA, Back ache, Ear ache/ringing, Stomach ache and almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, WORRY, sadness, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation; drug side effects, stress, bad smell, TV & COMPUTER SOMETIMES, Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy, BODY CONSTITUTION etc are their causes.
None of them can be treated with medicine.

Acupuncture is the best treatment.
I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.

Avoid late sleeping if possible; worry, tension, spicy foods, sour fruits, stale bakery foods, SMOKING and alcohole.
Sweet foods, COCOANUT WATER,sweet fruits like dates, milk, rice, SPROUTS, SALADS and good sleep will help if cough is not there.
But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves’ juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it is very strong.
If it is acute pl search a painful point (with round tipped pen/jimmy) 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.
For forehead/eye pain the points are in front of nails on the finger tips or 3-7 mm below.
It may disappear naturally too.

Question by Markus B: how much compensation can i expect from insurance for chronic headaches after a car accident?
I was just contacted by the insurance company and they offered to pay for my medical bills (which they have to do anyways) and $ 750 for pain and suffering. Obviously that’s an extremely low number and I want to find out what is acceptable to ask for without having to involve an attorney. The accident was about a month ago and i’ve had chronic headaches ever since. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

If you really have headaches- get an attorney right away. Expect it to take 3-5 years to go to court. The ins co had attorneys working right now to keep from paying you- even though they are telling you they will pay so much. They are hoping you will not get a lawyer and also hope you are dumb enough to wait.
You have 2 years time from the date of the accident to file a law suit- after the deadline- they don’t have to pay for anything.

I have chronic headaches. Sometimes they will go away for a day or two but then they just come back. I have seen my doctor and many other doctors but none have seemed to help me. I feel that if I cannot do something to reduce these I will be stuck with them the rest of my life. I end up laying down at least once a day and it never helps. I really need some help. PLEASE!

Welcome to my world. Or what used to be my world. (It took over 20 years for me to find out the cause of mine.)
You can have allergies..this will bring on headaches..
They can be allergies to food, nature…etc
You may need your eyes checked. Problem vision causes headaches.
It may be hormonal, especially if you are female. Go see a naturopath if doctors aren’t helping. Look up the American Naturopathic Association to find a good one. Or if you are in Canada look up the Canadian site.
